I have decided to give up soda. I realized that I drink a lot of it, and we all know that it is bad for you.

On average each soda has 200 calories..

I'm sorry but thats pretty gross.

I'm going to be healthier now and just say no to soda.. Is there anything you guys want to give up to be healthier? I think everyone has at least one thing that they can give up. Whether its fast food, or cell phone use.

Although quitting soda isn't very entertaining, I plan to keep you guys updated on my struggles with my bad habit.

I'm really sorry that this post isn't as long as the others but I don't have a lot to say. You guys need to comment and ask me questions to keep my blogs coming and my brain thinking.

Life In Technicolor

I'm writing tonight's post to the song 'Life in Technicolor II' By Coldplay. I forgot how much I enjoy Coldplay. They can put me in such a relaxed mood. Almost perfect for writing. I've had a pretty bland day. I got up around 11am, which is way later than I wanted to get up.. I used my color chart, which told me I should wear lavender on Mondays.. Life Changes

The year 2018 was not a good year for me. Two things that will send someone into a crippling depression happened to me... As I am still healing from this most recent one, I don't want to go into much detail. But for the rest of this post to make sense you'll need to know that Vincent and I are no longer together, after 8 years.. As time goes by I expect I will be able to open up about it. The past few years I have been stagnant. I still started a Master's program and got a new job as a manager, but I was just existing. I wasn't actually living my life. At the beginning of October I started a 6 week fitness challenge at a CrossFit gym in town. I lost 15 pounds and began to love myself again. But I still wasn't happy. It took the earth shattering, heart breaking, event to make me realize that I needed to do something about the way I have been living. Long Time

Hey everyone! It's been a very long time since I've written on here. This year so many things have changed! Vincent moved in with me at the end of December 2016, it has been going super great! I love waking up to him every morning (except when I work graves of course). I can't believe its been 8 months since we made that giant leap in our relationship, things have been moving along so smoothly.
